Victor H. Sáez is an Industrial Automation and Electronics Engineer and a self-taught technologist. For more than 25 years, he has built products, teams, and new capabilities in situations where no playbook existed yet.

Curiosity came first
At ten, he taught himself to code by reading the manual for a Spectrum +2. Before finishing university, he was already building computers, deploying networks, and creating custom software.
Since then, he has worked where technology, product, and organization meet: building from scratch, entering new sectors, forming teams, and turning what he learns into a way to help others.

Waterfall → agile → agentic
Discovering agile while working with traditional waterfall cycles became the main reason to create his first company: he wanted small teams, rapid iterations, and continuous learning to shape software delivery.
He later applied those principles beyond software to transformation work in HR, marketing, operations, and finance. Today, agentic work shortens the distance between a decision, evidence, and the next learning cycle again.

One direction, a team that activates
re-active.org brings human direction, trusted specialists, and AI agents together around each challenge. It does not pretend to be a large permanent structure: it activates the right combination and keeps everyone inside the same loop of prototypes, evidence, and learning.
The aim is to solve the challenge while leaving the team better able to continue without dependency.
