Data we process

If you write to re-active.org, we process your name, email address, organization—if you choose to provide it—language, and message content. Your name, email, and message are required to submit the form.

The form sends this data directly to re-active.org through a technical transactional-email provider. It does not open your email application or publish the information you enter.

The hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, and security or delivery logs.

Purposes and legal basis

We use form data to answer your inquiry, assess a possible engagement, and maintain the communications you requested. The legal basis is your consent when sending the message and, when the inquiry concerns a possible engagement, taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

We process technical data needed to deliver, maintain, and protect the site on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring its availability, integrity, and security.

We do not use this data for advertising, perform profiling, or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention

We retain contact data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry or relationship and then keep it blocked only for the applicable legal limitation periods.

Technical providers may keep limited delivery and security logs for the periods established for their services and under re-active.org’s instructions.

Recipients and transfers

We do not sell or disclose personal data for commercial purposes. Hosting, security, and transactional-email providers may access it on re-active.org’s behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

The contact form uses Resend, a service provided by Plus Five Five, Inc. Its primary operations are in the United States. Where an international transfer occurs, safeguards recognized by applicable law will be used, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where appropriate.

Your rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time and request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability by writing to ideas@re-active.org and identifying the right you wish to exercise. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We will update this policy if the site, processing activities, or law changes. The date of the current version appears above.
